CTA’s June 2024 team development day was a Spanish Cooking class. Staff were split into four groups, working together to prepare the first part of the menu, making delicious croquettes, meatballs and sangria. The chopping, mixing, sifting and stirring was a creative and social way to bring the team together to share stories, skills and cooking techniques.
Lots of interaction and conversation was had during our Paella relay which formed the second part of our cooking class. The event was well organised by Gourmet Kitchen, giving everyone a chance to sample elements of preparing, cooking and tasting the flavours of Spanish cuisine, which culminated in a sit-down lunch for all of us to enjoy. Delicious? Yes chef!
